Stalking (also referred to as obsessional following, harassment, and bullying) includes incredibly diverse behaviour, can be challenging to identify, and has a tremendous impact on victims. During this workshop you will learn about the nature of stalking, general principles of violence risk assessment and management, and how to administer the Stalking Assessment and Management Guidelines (SAM). The SAM is the first tool designed for comprehensive assessment and management of stalking and can be used for diverse stalking cases. Participants will be given an opportunity build their skills in this area through practice cases.
