Fitness for Work (FFW) and Return to Work (RTW) evaluations related to mental health problems may be required to determine if an employee can perform essential job functions without risking harm to themselves or co-workers. This workshop will 1) review relevant legal issues pertaining to FFW and RTW evaluations, 2) discuss practical issues for organizations when preparing for and proceeding with these evaluations, and 3) provide practical solutions for organizations related to policies and procedures.

Cancellation or changes to registrations must be received in writing. 90% of the registration fees received will be refunded 30 days or more before the event. 75% refund will be received within 30 days before the event.
