Considering Culture and Violence Risk

Although there is a great appreciation that culture influences violence in many ways, there is limited understanding of how professionals should consider culture when assessing and managing
violence in specific cases. This workshop will cover: 1) critical research and theory on cross-cultural aspects of violence risk, and 2) an analytical framework that can and should be used in every case.
